Do I need to prepare for my cleaning service?
No heavy lifting is needed, but light tidying helps maximize your cleaning time. Please pick up personal items, clear sinks and countertops, and secure any pets that may be anxious so our team can focus on deep cleaning.
How do I pay for my cleaning services?
We use a secure, cashless payment system. A credit or debit card is placed on file when booking and is charged only after your cleaning is complete. All payments are encrypted, securely processed, and followed by an electronic receipt.
How do I cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
If something comes up, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. You can update your booking through your online client portal or by contacting our customer service team by phone or email. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a small fee (up to 20% of the service cost) to cover scheduled staff time.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use high-quality, eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children and pets while remaining highly effective. Our Clean and Simple Cleaning™️ approach ensures the right products are used on the right surfaces for a residue-free finish. If you have allergies or prefer us to use your own products, just let us know when booking.
